Delivery is free on all UK orders.  Please allow up to 2-5 working days for standard UK delivery (if you require your delivery for a specific date, please contact me via email). If you require international shipping, please contact me to obtain a quote.

Orders are processed daily and dispatched between Wednesday – Friday. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with, if applicable, a tracking number or reference. 

 

The up-most care is taken when putting together your order. Should you require any items gift wrapped, please contact me to arrange.  

 

In the unlikely event that the item is out of stock, you will be contacted and offered an alternative or your order will be refunded in full.

I hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from me, I will be happy to refund or exchange a product in full. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (maximum of 30 days). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

SiblArt is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.  However, I will do as much as I can to resolve any incidents where this may occur to ensure the arrival of your order. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify me within 7 days.
