I have the right to cancel orders at any time if a credit card is not authorised, stock is insufficient or there is suspicion of a fraudulent purchase. If your credit card has already been charged and the order is cancelled for any of these reasons, a refund will be made in full.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify me within 7 days. 

 

I hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from me, I will be happy to refund or exchange a product in full. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (maximum of 30 days). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
